I don' t mean how fast the shipping was. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is how long it took for them to ship it out. The replacement key and switch were a perfect replacement. I just popped the new key on and it works and looks just like the original! I didn' t have to use the bracket, as my issue was just the key portion. This was the perfect replacement after I busted my key. (For me, I would have been happy with any change) I would have preferred to be able to purchase keys in other languages. 
There are no problems with using it and the quality is good, but the keys stand out when you look at the whole keyboard (slightly darker black), so be careful if you are particular about the appearance. The characters printed on the keys are different, and the color of the us key seems to be slightly black.
I bought this as a replacement because I broke part of the Japanese key.
5 The color is different from the Japanese key. My F12 cap was broken by accident, It was a relief to find this service… and thanks for shipping orders to others countries… my keyboard is alive again…. Order was confirmed but then stock was later not avaliable.
